Kleopatra: Low contrast boders in high contrast mode

Description

In vsd-3.4.0-beta1294 @ win10/win11 all boders (input, textarea, checkbox, etc) are low contrast now. In vsd-3.3.7 this was fine.

Found during tests of T7737: pinentry-qt: Icons on buttons are hardly visible with dark high contrast modes.

I just noticed, that the VS-NfD status indicator is also not high contrast now.

The root cause is that we now use the Fusion style for high contrast because the Windows style had more severe issues with high contrast (see T7585: Kleopatra: wrong color for some button texts in "high contrast white" setting ).
