The README.txt contains no useful information besides the changelog. It should be removed to avoid wasting our users Time and attention. If there is important information to convey that should be done in a different way, e.g. when the application is started. Plain .txt files are also no longer necessary since all supported Windows versions have included pdf readers through the browser.
