When configuring OCSP we have the independent values

enable-ocsp in gpgsm.conf

and
allow-ocsp in dirmngr.conf

Both need to be set to get OCSP to work. Otherwise operations fail with "Not Supported" error.

Alternatively we could IMO remove the allow-ocsp value in dirmngr.conf as this option does not make much sense to me. Werner what do you think?
