It should be optional in Kleopatra to either create a sha1sums.txt etc. or for each file to create a single file with <filename>.<checksum extension> e.g. foo.exe.sha1 containing the sha1 sum of foo.exe.

Gpg4win should then register this file extension and Kleopatra should automatically check this file on double click.
