If you create a key with name and email inverted

e.g. testuser1@example.com <This is the name>

A call to gpg-wks-client will not fail but instead export this key without
userid for the request as the keep-uid filter won't match.

Imo minor-bug because this only happened because of a bug in kmail which mixed
up name and e-mail.
