Description

On Certificate Details / View in Certificate Manager a Kleopatra certificate info dialog is started, but often in the background, so you wait for it to pop up and start several others (also in the background). It would be nice, if it could be raised on top on start:

Split from T8295: Okular: Kleopatra is not found

This happens only, if the Kleopatra main window is open and behind Okular.
