Description

On Windows Okular does not find Kleopatra and therefore the "View in certificate manager" button is greyed out:

This is the same in Gpg4win 5.0.2 and 4.4.1, so nothing recently introduced.

Note for further tests (should then go into a separate ticket if this is still the case for newer versions):

In the Linux AppImage version from VSD 3.3.7 Kleopatra is found but an error occurs:

No fingerprint argument specified for --query

Looks good to me on gpg4win-5.1.0-beta653 @ win11:

Note: The Kleopatra window is often opened behind the other windows, and you think it does not work, so you click again and another hidden window opens. It would be nice, If this could be fixed (will create another issue for it)
